Tufael Ahmed is a seasoned expert with over 28 years of experience in management and marketing, specializing in learning and development. As a Crisis Interventionist, he helps clients break free from the “Desperate LOOP” by facilitating transformative mindset changes with purpose, free from anxiety or desperation.
Tufael's expertise includes corporate communications, branding, coaching, counseling, and human potential development. Together with his dedicated team, he tackles the evolving challenges in Learning & Development. He firmly believes that practical training in communication skills is key to enhancing organizational performance, profitability, and brand value, embodying the principle that “Profit is made from people, not products” – Anon.
Chaman Foundation
About Chaman Foundation: Located in the village of Mathrun in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, Chaman Foundation is an NGO dedicated to empowering underprivileged rural youth. The foundation focuses on providing opportunities that traditional education systems might miss, aiming to transform rural communities by nurturing confident and skilled young leaders.
Vision and Mission: The foundation’s mission involves bridging gaps in opportunity and skill development for rural youth through non-formal education and youth empowerment initiatives. Key areas include practical life skills, digital literacy, vocational training, mentorship, and career guidance.
Flagship Program – “উড়ান- বারান্দায় রোদ্দুর” Empowerment Hub: This program in Mathrun serves as a pivotal center for youth aged 14-25, offering a supportive environment for learning and growth. The curriculum includes:
– Non-Formal Education: Financial literacy, digital skills, spoken English, and health education.
– Youth Opportunities: Vocational training in trades like electrical work, mobile repair, and organic farming, along with mentorship, exposure visits, and job readiness workshops.
Goal: The foundation aims to shift the youth from dependency to self-reliance, providing them with practical skills and clear career paths.
Support and Involvement:
– Corporate Partnerships: Companies can support through CSR by sponsoring hubs, vocational training, or technology integration, with promises of transparency and non-political affiliation.
– Individual Contributions: Donations and volunteering are encouraged to help sustain operations, provide educational materials, and support trainees.
